Daniel Hernangómez Pérez
Welcome! You have reached the personal webpage of Dr. Daniel Hernangómez Pérez.
I am an independent Research Fellow ("Gipuzkoa Fellow") in the Theory group (head of the group, Prof. Emilio Artacho) at CIC nanoGUNE.
Previously, I was member of the Theory of Excited-State Phenomena in Materials group at the Weizmann Institute of Science working under the supervision of Dr. Sivan Refaely-Abramson and of the Computational Condensed Matter Theory group at Universität Regensburg working under the guidance of Prof. Ferdinand Evers.
I did my undergraduate at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and my PhD at the Laboratoire de Physique et Modélisation des Milieux Condensés in Grenoble. My PhD advisor was Dr. Thierry Champel and I was co-supervised by Dr. Serge Florens.
