Research Interests
My research interests span a broad and varied range of topics in condensed matter physics and theory for quantum technologies, including among others:
- Many-body Light Matter Coupling (Excitons) in Low Dimensional Nanostructures and Molecular Systems.
- Ab initio Methods: DFT, GW, BSE and Friends for Quantum Transport Applications.
- High-Magnetic Field Physics in Low Dimensions (Quantum Hall Effects, Anderson Transitions).
- Many-body Magneto-Optical Properties, Phototransport and Magnetism in Low Dimensional Systems.
- Quantum Computation and Quantum Algorithms.
Funding
Current
My research is currently funded by the Spanish government (MICIU), Gobierno Vasco (IKUR 2030 Strategy) and Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa.
We are also grateful for the support of the Red Española de Supercomputación (RES) and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC).
