Our project M-Twist, together with M. M. Ugeda, M. N. Gastiasoro and F. Guinea (DIPC), R. Calvo (BCMaterials), J. Ibañez Azpiroz (MPC) has been granted funding in the IKUR Quantum Technologies 2025-2026 Collaborative Projects call.
Our project Efficient modelling of many-body electronic and optical properties of van der Waals heterobilayers has been granted computational resources in the last RES call.
Conference alert! We organize "Current trends in nonlinear photocurrents and magnetism" (CINERAMA25) in Donostia / San Sebastián (May 26-30, 2025).

On November, 15, we will have the visit of Reyes Calvo (BCMaterials). She will also give a seminar at Centro de Física de Materiales.
Exciting news! We have been granted a Proyecto de Generación del Conocimiento from the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. In NanoLIGHT, we will investigate nonlinear photocurrents in transition-metal dichalcogenide nanotubes and heterostructures, together with Julen Ibañez Azpiroz from Materials Physics Center (MPC).
On July 10, we will be hosting a seminar by Pavel Jelinek from the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Czech Republic.
